In these workshops we will explore our intuition and access our deep inner knowings. These skills live within our cellular memory, DNA and our ancestral lineage. We are reacquainting ourselves with skills we likely possessed as children. We will step out of the cultural rat race and move into a nurturing environment that supports self-discovery.
We will explore our inner worlds with the elements of earth, air, water, and fire and the medicine and wisdom they provide. Become acquainted with the elements for the first time or dive deeper in your existing relationship with them. All levels are welcome.
Elemental Exploration Workshop
This workshop is designed to support you on your healing journey. You will learn new and effective ways to clear stagnant energy to help rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. You will experience how the elements feel in your body with guided imagery and movement. You will learn how to call on the elements for cleansing using a guided illumination journey. We will spend time visiting elemental alters and experience their energies with hands-on, active exploration. You will uncover what element(s) have medicine and/or messages for you. We take time to explore each element in depth. You will become comfortable with new ways to clear your energy body using tools from each element. You will come away from this workshop with inspiration on how to build your own alter and have a clear vision of what items will be best used in your own practice moving forward. We will use all of our senses to play and experience all the elements. You will also receive an introduction or opportunity for deeper understanding of your energy body. It is truly an exciting experience!
